Welcome to The Nail Garden website (the “Site”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site, including those who browse, make bookings, or purchase services.
1. General Information
The Nail Garden (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides beauty and wellness services, including nail treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and other skin treatments (the “Services”). By accessing this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Booking an Appointment
When booking an appointment with us, please be mindful of the following reminders to ensure a smooth experience:
- Soak-Off: If you have gel nails on your hands or feet, please ensure that you book a soak-off service.
Complex Nail Art: If you require intricate or complex nail art, please send us a picture of the design before booking and ensure that you specifically book for “art.” This ensures we allocate enough time for your desired design.
Different Technicians: A soak-off and overlay service cannot be booked with two different technicians at the same time. Please book both services with the same technician.
Incorrect Bookings: Please double-check your booking details to avoid any misunderstandings. Incorrect bookings may lead to disappointment, as we may not be able to fulfill the service as requested.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we have the following cancellation policies:
Late Arrival: If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, we will continue your appointment; however, only the remaining allotted time will be used for your service.
More than 15 Minutes Late: If you arrive later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled. A 50% fee of the treatment cost will be charged before you can re-book.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, a R100 charge will apply.
Repairs: If your nails experience lifting, chipping, or other issues within 5 days of your appointment, we will repair the issue at no additional charge.
4. Services and Pricing
Service Descriptions: The descriptions and prices of services on our website are provided for informational purposes only and may change at any time without prior notice. We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information, but we do not guarantee that all service details are complete, error-free, or up to date.
Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Additional fees may apply for specific services, and we will notify you of any such changes prior to your appointment.
Promotions and Discounts: We may offer promotional discounts from time to time. These offers are subject to availability and may have specific terms and conditions. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
5. Payment
Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card, electronic funds transfer, or other methods available at the time of booking. All payments must be made in full prior to or at the time of receiving services.
Payment Security: We use secure payment gateways to process all transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and handled in accordance with the relevant payment provider’s security policies.
6. Health and Safety
Health Information: You may be asked to provide relevant health information (such as allergies, skin conditions, or pregnancy) when booking certain treatments like facials, massages, or waxing. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that the requested treatment may pose a risk to your health, or if you have not provided the necessary health information.
Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for following any aftercare advice provided by our staff to ensure the best results from your treatment.
7. Intellectual Property
Content Ownership: All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, and videos, is the property of The Nail Garden or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Use of Content: You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use related to your interaction with the Site.
8. User Conduct
Prohibited Activities: By using the Site, you agree not to:
Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Post or transmit any content that is obscene, defamatory, or otherwise offensive.
